I took a leap of faith and massively changed my hair. Unfortunately my hair wasn’t as accepting of my bravery and I had some issues which needed correcting. I applaud the professionalism of the stylist who took care of me at both visits, Alicia. When I had some issues with breakage after my color, she went above and beyond to not only fix my concerns, but also to give me 5 star service. I will come back, mostly because of the excellent customer service that I received! Not many businesses stand behind their work like this particular Hair Cuttery! Thank you for taking the time to make sure this customer was happy.

Waiting time just under the twenty minutes given.Sara was my stylist and gave me exactly what I asked for.Would definitely visit again.

I was tolled 20 min wait no problem, 2 guys came in off the street had no appointment at all and both got in before me , so as a nice guy I wait tell it's my turn then at the end I say something to the girl that that's not right and now I had to wait a hour and 15 mins when I was told 30.... I won't be going back there again
