I called in first, asked how much a kids hair cut cost? She said $12. I book the appointment online. Get there, the app says 2 mins to service. I end up waiting 15 mins. Next I ask her, I want the $12 hair cuts. She was then a detective and asked there ages. I said why does that matter. She said we have an age limit on kids. Lol, so apparently according to Great Clips, kids are no longer kids at age 10. That first is ridiculous . Second so my son at age 11, she said cannot get the $12 rate. Now I understand it's only $2 more. But to lie to a customer on the phone, then be rude and not honor what you said. Is horrible customer care. I'll never suggest this place to anyone . Funn thing is as this was all happening, another ladies kid got a bad haircut. Looked horrible. She complained too. I even gave them a chance to honor what they said or get a bad review . The from desk lady didn't even care. Kept arguing I pay up.
