Emily at the hair salon is simply incredible. She can cut, color, and style any hair. She's an amazing artist :) highly recommend her!

Very much variety. Has some very expensive makeup and accessories but it also has some clearance makeup and face masks. It is very bright in this store.

I went into this store looking to find a full set of face products (preparing to spend a good amount of money). There was only one lady willing to help me when I walked in, but admitted she wasn't very good at matching makeup with skin tones and went to get a second lady. The second lady recommended only one foundation after I told her I needed pretty much everything but brushes and eye products, and that I had no clue what products I needed (I have only had drugstore foundation and products my whole life). She matched the one foundation to my face and then told me that they were out and that I could just order it online and then walked away. I walked out almost in tears feeling that I was a burden in this store. I walked down to Sephora in JCP and they spent over an hour to set me up with absolutely everything I needed. I will never step foot into another ULTA store ever again.. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

I’ve had my eyes on the Becca ultimate coverage creme foundation for a while. I was gonna purchase it but thought considering the price I would get a small sample first. I was wrong to think that. One of the workers had to call someone else and ask them. Apparently Becca isn’t a foundation they give a small sample of. Then she suggested I get a sample of something else 😏. I just said ok and carried on. I still made a purchase that day of an even pricier item. Even though I was truly disappointed 😔 in the customer service. I’m a makeup enthusiast that recently moved back to this area. The Ulta that I’m accustomed to in the St. Louis area is nothing like this. Thank God for the new Sephora in the mall. I will not be shopping at this Ulta again.

I love how Jamie Cameron does my hair, from color to to beautiful curls. She is so talented! I even had her my nails. Her amazing manicure lasted me for a month with no chips. I couldn't believe it! She has so much experience and knows exactly what to do, everytime. I can't wait till my next visit.
