I came in around 5:30 for haircut!! As soon as she started cutting my hair she literally yawned five to six times in front of my face. She acted rude when I told her how I wanted my hair to be cut down too! Lol im paying you for my haircut. Im not getting it for free that youâ€™re showing attitude . She acted lazy and so sleepy! I was scared she might hurt me with scissors! When she was trimming my hair. She literally rushed through it and finish it up in one min. To know her name I went back and got her business card and lol it turns out, Sheâ€™s the manager of the salon!! Her name is Shannon Oâ€™dell. Why do owner hire this kind of people who are rude to the customers! Never goto this place. This place is garbage. If manager is like this then imagine how will be the management be! Better to pay more and get haircut where they actually care about business!

Worst customer service ever! I sat there for 45 minutes, then I realized that people who came in after me, (without appointments), were being taken first. My name had been taken off the list even though I was sitting right there. When I brought it up, they put my name at the end of the list and I was told I had to wait longer. My brother goes here once a month, my girlfriend goes here once a month, not any more. I can't believe the service provided makes the cut for others.

Been going to this Great Clips since its older location, approx. 7 years. Such nice people there. Jessica cuts, styles, and bends over backwards to make sure my family and I are happy and we get what we pay for. Have no idea why I didn't go to them sooner.
