I love XEX! Have tried a few different stylists, but eventually landed on Angelica! She is great, so nice and easy to have a conversation with. Checks in to make sure you're liking the direction she's taking with your hair. I only get a haircut, but it is the full experience: shampoo, rinse, cut and style. Have suggested this place to several co-workers and they all agree!

Nonexistent Customer Service: I booked an appt online nearly a week ahead of my desired appt time and was awaiting email or phone confirmation. After several days of no follow up, I called XEX and ended up having to leave a voicemail asking if my appointment was confirmed or needed to be scheduled at a different time. I never received a response and had to book another appt last minute at a different business. After this experience, it would take something special to try to do business with XEX again. I was excited after reading other user reviews here, but was completely ignored when attempting to book an appointment.

Gary is the best, and he knows exactly what to do with my curly hair. Everyone is very friendly.

Lady messed up my hair even more.. asked her to color over ththe orange in my hair that was in my bangs and she died all of my roots orange. Spent way too much money just to have my hair look worse. Annoyed.
