Juanita is the best for waxing! She always makes you feel comfortable no matter what part of your body your waxing and her playlists are the best.

What a breath of fresh air! Base is beautiful. The decor and interior are done so tastefully. Other salons seem to try so hard to be trendy, that they lose the feeling of tranquility. Base manages to do both really well. Krysta is incredible. She is an artist when it comes to color and a perfectionist when it comes to cut. I never leave disappointed and finally have found a salon that has made me loyal. I am so happy to have a high end salon in the neighborhood!

Juanie is my favorite for waxing! Her demeanor puts you at ease instantly, she is caring and detailed. She has great taste in music and her conversational skills provide just the right distraction to get you through the wax. Love her!

I just had my hair done by Jen at Base Salon. I really loved this salon and really loved my stylist. The location is great for me (right in the west loop) and the salon is beautiful. Jen did a great job on my color and cut. It's hard to get the perfect buttery blonde tone I love and she nailed it. I will definitely be going back.
