Worst Great Clips I've ever been to, hands down. I went in on a quiet weekend and had checked in online ahead of time with a waiting time of 0. I get there and it was empty, there were probably 4 stylists just sitting around and one with a customer... Nobody wanted to get up or even greet me. When one finally decided to help, she spent the whole time talking to the lazy ones, pausing my haircut in the process and not caring how badly her clippers were pulling my hair. Want to know what they were talking about? How drunk they got the night before. I'm guessing that's why nobody wanted to help me, they were too hungover. Which, hey it happens... But when you're at work you suck it up. Of course the haircut I received was uneven and atrocious, but I didn't want to keep having my hairs pulled out.

Used the online check-in and told them we were here but they still gave preference to 3 walk ins before us. We had to say something just to get in line to be next.
