My daughter and I went to get hair cuts today at Great Clips in Milan,IL. So this is 2 separate reviews... 1. Victoria is the lady who cut my hair, She was wonderful, I gave a sketchy description of what I wanted my hair to look like, she completely understood and cut my hair perfectly, she was able to accomplish this while answering phones, checking people in and still making me feel like I was important. - I am sad she had to do this considering there were 3 other ladies there cutting hair and shuffling around not doing a darn thing! NOW THIS IS MY WARNING - IF YOU GO HERE BE CAREFUL WHO YOU GET!!!!! My daughter got her hair shampooed and cut.... When she was taken back to get her hair shampooed the lady left her sitting there for 10 minutes while she chatted on the phone.... THEN after washing her hair the lady started to towel dry her hair and the lady stopped and told my daughter to finish drying her hair while she took ANOTHER phone call!!! If I am going to pay someone $5 for washing my daughters hair they need to WASH

Friendly and fast. The ladies cut my, my son's, and my daughter's hair and did a great job! We're from out of town and they were also helpful with info about local attractions. Recommended!
