My 1st time here at this salon. I tried it by purchasing a Groupon. I needed a no-chip manicure. I walked in the easy to find salon and I was impressed at the clean, soft warm ambiance. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who asked me my name and lead me to the manicurist chair. She never told me her name. She was very friendly, soft spoken and prepared professionally at her station. However, I was not impressed with my no chip manicure. The filing was similar to a rookie and unfortunately my nails chipped in less than 24hrs. She did not provide a thorough coating of the polish over my nails either (I didn't mention it because I was hoping as a professional she would notice it). My nails are still chipping and this is only day 3. To sum this up, I loved the nice location, clean and inviting atmosphere of the salon, but the manicurists work was mediocre and not so great. Her work chipped in less than 2 hrs, her filing was not thoroughly and my manicure today, at day 3, looks of poor quality.
