I went to Elle salon in June wanting to go blonde. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and she totally butchered the idea. Not only did my hair look terrible, but she burnt the hell out of my scalp. I couldn't open my eyes in the salon and when my scalp started to hurt, I was extremely uncomfortable, in a ton of pain, and worst of all I COULDNT OPEN MY DAMN EYES. I am almost positive I STILL payed full price. $170 dollars for the mess on my head that people refer to as my hair. Ridiculous. For a few weeks after my hair was done, I was blistering on one part of my scalp and eventually just peeling, along with some BS hair loss. Now, my hair is completely damaged and I couldn't be any less satisfied with my visit to this salon.
