I recently brought my 4 year old son in and was very nervous (he only had experience with hair cut places geared towards toddlers before). I was beyond thrilled with how sincerely welcomed we were (Iâ€™m always nervous that people see a toddler coming and think â€œOh, no!â€). The entire staff made us feel right at home. Laura cut my sons hair and did an AMAZING job of not only giving him a great cut but also making sure that he had a great experience! He was comfortable and confident and smiling the entire time! Definitely will be returning for all of our future haircuts and have already been recommending both Great Clips and Laura to my friends and family! Thanks for such a warm welcome!! â˜ºï¸

Weâ€™ve been going to this location for years! My oldest son wonâ€™t let anyone but Laura cut his hair (he previously had a bad haircut somewhere else) And recently we switched our younger boys over to Laura (from one of those costly kid places), as well. My middle son is autistic, and Laura is amazing with him! As well as our 4 year old. She is so patient, and kind! I love being able to check-in on the app, too!

I saw Laura at the Victoria Center in Downers Grove, IL. She was very pleasant to talk to and her professionalism was top notch. I asked her for some recommendations and she was very helpful with a good styling and what products to use. I will definitely be back to see her again.

Laura has been cutting my hair here for years now! I can not imagine going anyplace else. The staff is always friendly and Laura consistently cuts my hair in a thorough, timely manner!

Heads Up! Make sure you don't let Maria cut your hair girls. She doesn't listen to how you want it cut and cuts more than you asked. Only good for cutting bangs.
