I take my man here every time he needs his hair cut. Why? Might you ask when your giving a 2 star review. One he has to have his hair cut right now cant set up an appointment and they do walk in cuts. Two every time we go he tells the woman cutting his hair the truth "with me standing right their" his hair must still be pullable on top because I like to pull it in the bed room. For the woman to then get too hands on with my mans hair. Hello I am right their can pull it myself. Also have watched them skip people on their wait list for others or completely remove them and re add them after taking the person they want to take. Also have watched them cut peoples hair the way they want not the way they where asked too. Yes if your a guy and want your hair cut I have seen lots of great cut walk out but I don't see women in their unless they are with their man. But from the way they treat you with straight to name and number no hello when you walk in to when you pay not giving you your penny change. I must say the only thing they have going for them is hair coupons in the mail and walk in welcome on the door for when my man say he needs the cut today or he will cut it himself and I will have to take him any ways to this place for a cut.

I told the girl before to not cut my bangs and you wanna know ehat she did... She cut my bangs I prefer lockharts over this for only $3 more.

Rude ladies for a customer service job.

I didn't even get a chance to have an opinion about the haircuts as the customer service was extremely poor. I took both my kids and myself in for a simple cut the dead ends off sort of hair cut. The lady, I believe her name was Samantha didn't even welcome me in or say hi.....instantly she wanted my last name, my phone number and was very short......I wanted to walk out then...but i felt maybe I was being to quick to judge.....So i walked back with my 4 year old, got her set up in the chair.....and then the lady " was going to educate me" on how I needed to cut all her hair off because it was all split and needed to start bringing her in every few weeks until all the dead ends where gone.....this was said in a very arrogant poor way....but i thought okay keep being respectful........then I ask my daughter if she wanted me to record her getting her hair cut......and the lady....instantly and rudely said, "No, I don't want to be recorded." I never said anything about recording her, she could have nicely stated she didn't want to be in any recordings if I took them......She was very petty, very rude, treated me like crap in front of my daughters and husband.....So I said a few choice words, non cursing but I let her know she had made us feel like dogs the way she was acting and talking......and she responded with well sorry i made you feel that way, very sarcastically....I got my kids and husband out of there....No way was that lady touching any of our hair.......and unfortunately I'll never know anything about how the company or haircuts are.......because I will not be going back.
