I walked in and it took 3 hours to get a half done service with no other customers or stylist in the shop. I walked in to get a wash and blow dry but instead decided to get a color. The aftermath, some spots of my hair was missing color and the owner informed me she was the only one working and continued to stop in between to answer phones and book appointments for other customers. 3 hours later after noticing color mistakes owner informed me that she would fix it but also stated when and if the phone rings she will stop what she's doing to answer, another client walked through the door and I was left sitting in a chair with brittle half colored hair blow dried hair...I informed her that I had other priorities and I would not be able to wait so she gave her blessings and insisted me to leave or be patient and wait. I chose to leave because I felt it was very unprofessional for a customer to be inconveiniced for that amount of time and having to wait longer for a mistake to be corrected. I was very disappointed and would not be returning to that establishment.
