Called today around 1pm to see if there was an appointment available for an eyebrow wax. They were able to get me in within an hour. Katie was amazing. She was so sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back!

I got my eyebrows done somewhere else and it was a DISASTER. They were terrible, so I went into ULTA to have them fix/show me how to fill them. I went in and Veronica was extremely helpful and kind. She assured me it was okay and happens to everyone. She then showed me how to fill my brows simply and which products to purchase. She made my eyebrows look so much better and showed me how to do it too. My cashier Kendall was also very kind and helpful. She signed me up for rewards and was super polite and kind during the whole transaction. Ulta made my brow disaster better and manigable. Making me feel so much more comfortable about filling them in. Ulta will be my new go to waxing place. Thanks Veronica and Kendall! You were so kind and helpful.

I ask my hair to look like the 1st picture took 3hrs and 30mins to get what I did not ask for I was really upset pretended that I like it but $214 was so not worth it spending here.

Loved my hair the first time I got it done at their Salon. Then my next appointment they called and canceled the day of and couldn't get me in till one week later, which was very disappointing. At least the Oswego location helped me out and got me in last minute.

I was a loyal shopper here, but recently came here with my mom on her bday to get makeup done. We came on time for our appointment, and waited..... after 45 minutes and no acknowledgement from the sales associate, we left and went to a competitor. I called and the manager offered 20% off the next service, which I felt was a bit weak. But a few weeks later I came in wanting to use my 20% off and figured I'd give them one more try.... A different manager was working that day.. she gave me attitude the whole time and made me feel quite uncomfortable. I politely asked about the 20% off and if I could use that and if she could ask her co-worker about it but the way she responded had me straight back to the competitor and I won't be back. Store itself is great but get some friendly staff and keep your appointments!
