I woke up one morning with a desperate urge to do something different to my hair. It might have something to do with the non-stop awful weather. I found Deja Vu through a google search so I didn't have any recommendations to go off of when I went. They were open on Sunday and that was the only time I had available to get something done. I decided before I went that I wanted highlights but wasn't sure about anything else. They were able to get me in right away same day. The salon looked very new and clean and modern. I was offered a refreshment and I didn't have to wait long for the stylist. I'm sorry to say that I don't remember the name of the stylist but she was one of the owners. Before we did anything she sat with me and discussed with me what I wanted and we covered any recommendations she had. I went with full highlights to my shoulder length curly hair, pull out a small amount of bangs, and lighten up my layers so there wasn't so much weight holding down my curls. The end result was amazing, I looked ten years younger. I love the highlights and the bounce that the shorter layers provide. As far as pricing goes I honestly can't comment. I don't usually go to salons but it cost around what I expected it would. I guess that says something since I tend to low-ball things. LOL. I would highly recommend Deja Vu Hair.
