spa is clean, facial and massages are amazing. Girl behind desk is a bit rude won't even wait for the "thank you" to hang up

Amazing experience at Salon Rhapsody. They do great work and all seem to have sweet personalities which made it worth every penny spent. I'm a very cautious person when comes to hair stylists and was in need of another due to relocation. Oddly enough, I have known Heather Fox for years but was unaware she was a stylist, not to mention responsible for "all this". To say the least, walking in this establishment for the first time was nearly breathtaking. It's rare that I review, but I certainly must give some credit. Heather is cheerful, professional, well trained, and above all, a master at this obviously. The first time visiting her business, the entire atmosphere put me at ease from the art & overall design, to the warm smiles & what seemed like many happy clients (looks very busy but well organization seems to be the norm). Book early with this salon and then eagerly anticipate your visit because it is well worth the wait (if any). If you are looking for a hair stylist that listens and at the same time is not afraid to make suggestions, then Heather is the one to call. I'm sure if she is occupied, she will find a right match! Considering the experience and service received - the price range seemed very affordable for all walks of life.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I have been to this establishment for a massage several times before. When I purchased a Groupon this time, it was $13 more than the last time, and $13 more than I had been charged even without the Groupon. I called a couple of days later to ask the cost of a massage and was told a price which was $29 less than what was quoted on Groupon, so I actually saved very little. This place is a rip off. Not only that, but I was treated very rudely by the girl at the front desk. I will never go back. These people don't care at all about their customers. It's all about the might dollar. I have reported them to Groupon but doubt anything will happen. Go elsewhere for your services. There are plenty of other places where they actually care.

I LOVE this place!!! I go to Toni for my massages and she is AMAZING!!! Mallory is the greatest receptionist EVER. She's so friendly. Everyone there is friendly. I moved very far and I still take the trip, because it's worth it.

I've been coming to this salon since they opened and before that I was a client of Heather's at another salon. Why the loyalty? It's because not only do I get high quality hair cuts and color but I receive it in such a warm and fun salon. For me to keep coming back I have to like my hair when I leave and I have to enjoy the experience while I am there. Both are provided at the very highest level here! I have dabbled in other services here and found them to be top notch as well. Want to look good and feel good about getting that way? Check out Salon Rhapsody, just don't take my regular appointment time!
