Both my sister and I got our hair done and loved it. Bebé provided us the total $ upfront, and her and her employee finished our hair quickly and professionally. We will definitely be returning.

That's one thing I'm not about to be is janked out of my money. The girl told me 180 on the phone then towards the end of the hair style all of sudden it's 200. Talking about I have a lot of hair that should have been told to me before i set down or after she seen my hair I work to hard for some one to play with my money and sweetie I will not recommend this shop EVER!!!

I like the reviews on this salon so I was eager to go. Nov 9.17 I went in to get Goddes Faux Locs for $250 which is normal for me. 3 women started my hair none were who I spoke with on the phone, but that’s ok. I got out of there within 5/6 hours, two on my back and one worked on the front. They looked beautiful, got many compliments but the following week two front locs had fallen out. Ok 👌🏽 I called,went back in and the one who did my front was always the one who fixed it. And she did. Great but later that week two more were coming out. You could see my front locs were slipping compared to the rest of my head.. I went back and again she fixed them. That next week more were coming out. It was around thanksgiving so they were very busy and about to be closed so Dec 16th I called Bebe, who I spoke on the phone originally with, and she insisted maybe I needed a touch up. Alright it’s been about a month so I can’t really argue ok I go get that. $100 Not even two weeks later, 7 locs from the front are back out. 😡I went up there. They were all busy. I showed my hair to the stylist who keeps doing it but Bebe insisted I was “pulling” my hair out.😒 I began to counter argue not loudly or disrespectfully but the women I showed my hair cut us off and told me to come up there later. I asked when she said she didn’t know. They’ll call. 👌🏽 That was two days ago. I’ve called back today they’ve said the same thing. Giving me the impression of refusing to do my hair considering they’re closed for the next two days. My experience there was embarrassing, promblematic, time consuming!, and beyond upsetting. I understand they get complaints & some lie but that def wasn’t my case & to be accused.🚮 ! But Now When I go to work on NYE, my whole front will be out. The rest in faux locs. Lol thanks ladies. ! I won’t ever go back nor refer. .
