Iâ€™ve been here twice. Both times I had a horrible experience. The first time I went for a simple haircut and she left me all choppy and definitely not the style I asked for. Time passed and I figured since the place has so much hype on IG that Iâ€™d give them another shot. I specifically told the receptionist I needed someone with experience because I was going to be in a wedding. I asked for an hombre (dark on top and ashy blonde at ends) but after almost 5 hours of being there I got highlights. After being in the chair for a few I realized I didnâ€™t get someone who had tons of experience but thought maybe I was being skeptical. Iâ€™m so disappointed. They donâ€™t charge cheap and definitely should LISTEN to their customers. I will not give them a 3rd chance to rip me off. Perhaps they only treat their own regulars right, whatever the case Iâ€™ve never been more unhappy about my hair.

Honestly this place is so bad. The front desk woman is so mean!!! She's suddenly nice when the stylists walk by though. My friend left a mature complaint on Instagram and still said she would love to come by regardless of how she was treated and gallery of hair BLOCKED HER!

I love this place! I love Andrea! she does an amazing job with blonde. I am half Spanish so getting someone to do my hair blonde and get the color I want was very hard. Some would leave my hair yellow instead of that beautiful platinum blonde... but ANDREA was able and has been able to leave my hair beautiful! I recommend her 100% she has a beautiful talent.. (they all do there) but Andrea is the only one who will touch my hair. I see many people complain about price or their experience.. but remember guys that people usually go on here to criticize the bad and hardly post the good and positive reviews. The price is good, I get charged under $140 for my hair and I have LONG hair. It is totally worth it. and remember tip is CASH only you can't include it on your credit card.

I found this place online and they took me right away. Very upscale and a Little pricey but all the girls were really friendly. Jazzy did my hair and gave me great advice on matching the color and the haircut. She took her time and I did not feel rushed. The girl at the front desk who rung me up very friendly and pretty with a great attitude. Will definitely go back!

Never leave bad reviews but this place is a rip off! My best friend went to get her hair done and it's like they dont know what they're doing. They are bad at ombres and are worse at owning up for their mistakes. But they are very good at overcharging for unwanted results and for unprofessional customer service. They have no disregard for the finished appearance of anyone who walks in. Its all about the money for them no matter what the results. Rude.
