Clear water salon is so nice! I booked them for my and my bridesmaids hair and makeup for my wedding on Oct 7, as well as nails the night before. They were fantastic! When I booked, there was a mix up and I was booked at the wrong location. I called, a bit panicked, and spoke with Katherine who was so calm and perfect. She switched everything over and made sure everything was fixed and ready for my wedding day! I cannot thank her enough for doing this for me. You have to fill out a sheet of what you want done for each person of your wedding party. It is a little confusing, but Katherine cleared it up for me and agreed that it could be clearer. My hair and make-up was done by Kaitlyn and she was fantastic! She loves brides and is so happy and good at her job. We had a trial and my curls fell out pretty quickly. I let her know the day of and she made sure they stayed all night! My hair and make-up was beautiful!! My bridesmaids were done by other girls in the shop, I was not introduced but everyone looked stunning! One of my bridesmaids had her hair curled, which is normally impossible! It stayed all night. We all looked gorgeous! I wish they were in Chicago. I would go to them always if they were here!

Staff is very friendly. Taylor does an awesome job. Just wish their prices were lower or offered more specials.

I found this salon/spa while looking through yelp reviews. It came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint!!! I booked a couples massage for my wife and I; prenatal for her, Swedish for me. Our masseuses were nice, professional, and skilled at their craft. The atmosphere was VERY relaxing and the complimentary foot soak prior to the massage was the perfect way to ease into a relaxing mood. I would highly recommend this salon/spa, and will definitely book in the future!!!

I love this spa! I have been going to Clear Waters for three years for massages and facials. I especially recommend massages from Carrie and facials from Carol - my skin looks amazing afterwards. Highly recommend that you come here.

I recently had an IPL photofacial with Carol at the Williams Bay location. I have had this procedure done in a dermatologist's office in 2010 and had great results. I am very pleased with my first treatment and am amazed with how much Carol was able to accomplish with my first session. I already notice signigicant reduction in pore size and complete absence of many of the broken capillaries in my t zone. This experience was much better than what I experienced with the dermatologist. Carol is extremely professional and puts you at ease. I found her to be very knowledgeable and gives you very precise aftercare instructions. I really am astounded with the initial results and am looking forward to seeing how it looks in a few weeks!
