I have never had a worse experience at a hair salon. Not only was I there for 5 entire hours (quoted for 135 mins), my hair turned out nothing as I had hoped. I was charged $180 dollars for a full set of highlights and a trim. My stylist stopped mid highlight to order her food off her coworkers phone. One of the other stylists there even joked that I had been there all day. I asked for blended highlights (baby lights) where I looked blonde more seamlessly and my highlights look very chunky. I had these done this Saturday (Jan 30) and they already look grown out. I cannot believe I paid that much money for such a terrible job. I do not recommend going here if you care about what your hair looks like.

I made a last minute appointment on a whim for a haircut & blow-dry after work tonight. I booked an appointment online with a stylist named Lucretia. Lucretia is the reason I am leaving a review, she was the kindest stylist I have ever met! She listened to me & did such a great job on my hair! I felt so comfortable at this location & it was all because of how sweet & welcoming Lucretia was. I will definitely be returning to her for future haircuts.

Do not go here ! The first time I went for a blow dry it was $22, next time they gave me a more experienced stylist and it was $28. Today I picked the cheapest person at $22 when I booked online and ended up with the first Lady and suddenly she wanted to charge me $35. She says it depends on curly and length of my hair. Well I didn’t know hair texture changes in a months span without any artificial treatment and I’m pretty sure my length didn’t grow like 6 inches in a month to warrant a hike of more than $10. Won’t be going back to someone who will increase the price after the services are rendered! She tried to tell me they’ve been giving me coupons when none of my old reciepts shows any coupons being applied.

I been going to Amy for years now on and off, always a great experience. I’m always happy with my cuts, color and highlights. I went from brunette to blonde in a 3 visits and she always makes sure you’re happy with the end results.

I did online reservation for my son, after arrival one of the employees said that they don’t have time to cut his hairs and she said she don’t know why we were able to schedule an appointment. Terrible customer service. Anyway I was using that funny shop for haircuts once in a while but that was a last time. Once again terrible customer service.
