So....Mrs. Mary used to cut my hair 30 years ago, up until I moved away after High School at Hononegah HS. Years later, I went into the Marine Corps. Last time I visited her was 2001....before 9/11. She had moved her salon down the street into the heart of Roscoe, Illinois...from the old building basement. I still remember how all the cute girls from HS all went to her salon, to get their hair done for Prom. Which was why I always wanted to get my haircut done every 3-4 weeks. Lol. It was my lucky day when I walked into Mary's Shear Artistry - I absolutely love everyone there - they treat you like family and are so caring - my hair looks great - I'm trying new styles and it's fun and exciting!!!

I went in to get my hair lightened since I was going to platinum blonde. One of the younger girls working there put the bleach on my hair then proceeded to put me under a dryer. After that visit I ended up loosing 8 inches of hair off of the length. I also lost all the thickness in my. Donâ€™t go here to get any part of your hair bleached unless you want it to break off and are okay with pulling small clumps of hair out when you wash it.
