I haven’t even used them😂and now definitely wouldn’t. Just a simple call about prices & sizes and they have a attitude like you’re bothering them. If that’s the attitude just asking a few questions, I’ll pass. Maybe get a website if you can’t answer questions over the phone.

I usually do my own wig braids but I recently got long full set and I needed someone to do it. The owner (senegalese women) called me back and told me she had someone for me. When I arrived the braider (woman from Angola) was heavy handed. after the first braid I told it it was too tight and did not mind or care if the braids were loose. although she agreed she continued to braid my hair like she didn't hear the instruction. she literally braided my thoughts. my braids were so tight I can taste the pain. I've never written a salon review before but instructions are given for a reason. my hair always fall out if it is too tight and giving you instructions isn't undermining your work but trying to insure my follicles do not get damaged. I haven't been to the shop in years and this was just another reminder to never return. please be tentative and mindful to instructions. there is a reason for it. I do not recommend or will be returning

I find it very unprofessional that I’ve called multiple times asking to come in for an appointment they want me to come that day but when asked what I wanted I explained that I wanted and been trying to get my daughters hair braided now I explained she’s not tender headed and very calm just want something simple then it changes to they busy and got NO openings all of a sudden Mind you I’ve called multiple times days and days asking when I’ll rather someone just say they don’t accept children hair so I can stop trying but every time I talk to somebody it’s try again tomorrow or something different I will not be using this business anymore too many games being played no communication at all

They attempted a hair style on me & did not inform me that they had no knowledge on the construction of the hair style. Instead they attempted it anyways and had me pay halfway through. Refused to give me a refund or any alternative solution.
