My first visit was good. But on the second visit, the stylist left my hair processing for 50 min with glaze and then blond highlights. Needless to say, my hair is now totally lifeless! With the price you pay (including the assumed tip), why would they double book? And if you do, I don't think it's right to leave your client sitting there processing that long and then sit there with toner on for 5 min to try to calm the color down. She did tell me to come back in a couple weeks to add more toner if I wanted! HaHa, I will never go back!

I wish I was asked how much I wanted to spend before I was scheduled with someone. I didn't realize they have a tiered pricing and ended up paying way more than I was expecting.
