Do not go here

Went here because my regular place, my barber is off for awhile. I was unfortunate to have Andrea cut (hack) my hair. First, she smells like cigarette and cheap perfume. I told her what number clipper to use on the sides and back and stated wanted the top short but long enough to comb. She cut the sides and back with the clipper and then proceeded to cut my hair shorter with scissors. She then barely took any off the top and when I said I would like it a bit shorter, she proceeded to cut it extremely short and uneven. She basically gave me a military recruit haircut when they enter boot camp. One sideburn she cut half inch higher than the other. The top and sides are uneven and not long enough to comb. How she passed any test to get a license is beyond me. I would only recommend going here and letting her cut your hair if you want your head shaved.

My usual place overbooked so I got turned away from an appointment I booked! I really needed a haircut… I was past the point of putting it off. I only had today to get it done so I decided to give Great Clips a chance. I was nervous I won’t lie. I even asked if they can cut women’s hair… so I apologize for that because I’m not kidding I got the best trim ever I’ve received from Brad. He was great. He did exactly what I asked for. He didn’t experiment, product or service push, and he was kind. It was $21 not including tip. I will definitely be back.

Hello, I visited your location on the afternoon of January 11th for a scheduled haircut (literally yesterday). Unfortunately, the service I received was extremely disappointing. The lady rushed through the appointment and showed little attention to detail. I specifically requested a zero on the sides, but was told it could not be done. When I asked at the end for better blending, it was not corrected — the haircut visibly looks uneven, almost like two separate sections that were never blended together. The final result looks very poor and unprofessional. It genuinely looks like a self-done haircut rather than something done by a licensed stylist. Given that I had an appointment and waited my turn, being rushed through was unacceptable. I am very frustrated with this experience and would appreciate this being addressed, whether through a refund or a correction by another stylist. This truly deserve a zero star, absolutely horrible haircut.

First time at Great Clips. I walked in to see if I could get a cut-I did not know about “check in”. Maggie cut my hair-she was awesome!! I showed her a picture of what I liked-20 mins. later-perfect cut! Exactly what I asked for!! I will absolutely go see Maggie again!!

You have to use their website to check in. However she says they don't have Facebook page and that that is an AI bot. So, she won't take coupon I made her look at her Facebook page so she said they don't take coupons at her location
