I need to update my review of Mardon (Sadly). I have recently stopped going here for several reasons. After my stylist was abruptly removed from the staff, a whole slew of issues began happening. I switched to a different stylist (She is great, BTW). Unfortunately, they can't seem to keep appointments on the books. I showed up one day and was told my appointment wasn't there. My haircut is every 2 weeks and I put it in my schedule immediately, so I know it was made, their system lost it. I thought maybe it was a fluke, but now my spouse has had their system lose 4 appointments. When you have a busy professional life and you carve a certain amount time out for appointments, showing up and being told that your don't have an appointment...that's unacceptable. I have permanently left Mardon and my spouse is seriously considering it too.
Not a single bad thing to say. Been a client for over a year now. Every single stylist is really nice and outgoing. Mine is obviously the best though. I don't share, so you can't request her...sorry.
