I went in here to use a gift card I got for Christmas. Not being big into makeup at all, I knew I wanted to try a contour palette but I wanted some help making a selection. I scoured the store for an associate, there were none. I went up to the checkout bar and asked for help. One woman said she would come right over. I thanked her and waited. And waited. And waited. After 20 minutes of her not showing I just decided to grab a couple other things I wanted and not worry about the palette right yet. I went to the checkout bar again and the cashier was talking with her co worker the entire time, didn't ask me if I found everything ok, (which I didn't) didn't tell me about any reward program like she did many others, she didn't even tell me my total, she just looked at me like I was supposed to guess and pay.. I'm pretty sure this store does not want occasional make up wearers in their store. Seems to me like they thought I wouldn't be buying enough stuff to be worth their time.. extremely disappointed.

Staff is friendly and willing to help. Of you are new to makeup they are more than happy to give you tips and samples. Also you can get eyebrows, hair, or makeup done with an appointment. Variety of brands

Not a big makeup person, but went there to get some good lipstick for an event. It was awkward to ask for help, but if you know what you are doing it should be good!
