Don't waste your time using the on line check in for this location. Twice I've used it and been told my wait would be over an hour when I arrived. The first time, they said they had no record of my check in even though I showed it to them on my phone. Today I was given an excuse that my check in time fell during their shift change and they just went ahead and assigned all of their stylists to do colorings instead of honoring the online check-ins. Patty was the only reason that I continued to return to the salon. My last actual service at the salon was a perm that lasted all of 2 and 1/2 weeks. And this latest failed online check-in was strike three.

Horrible experience, place was dirty I got my hair cut in 5 minutes and I had to fix it myself when I got home because it was pretty bad when I took better look. On top of that I paid the most of all places in Michigan city.

I hate this branch. They've messed up my hair each time. One lady asked how short I wanted my bangs after she cut them. Another lady layered my hair and made it too thin looking and I had told her I didn't even want layers to start with...They don't care or listen to the clients of the hair they are butchering. This place has horrible hairstylists. I wish they would close. I never ever would recommend.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went in yesterday to get an undercut because I have super thick hair, but I'm trying to keep it long since my wedding is in September. I didn't want an undercut that went from ear though, I wanted one that went into a triangle shape towards the center of my head. I showed the lady a picture and she said it'd be quick and easy. I wasn't paying much attention to what was going on since my 4 month old was with me, so I was talking to her and the stylist the whole time. When she was done she did exactly what I told her NOT TO DO! Now I have an undercut that can't be fixed because she cut it the completely wrong way! I will never go back to a hair cuttery ever again! If you don't know how to do what I'm asking you to do then just own up and say it! The money is so important to them that they'd rather screw someone's hair up than send them to someone else or even another stylist within the building.. Ridiculous!
