I have been to this salon 3 times in the last 4 months to get gel polish on my nails. First time was great. The man that did my nails paid attention to details. The last 2 times I have been there the lady did my nails. The first time she got the polish all over my skin and didn't take it off. She even bumped my thumb on the machine and didn't fix it. I had a line on my nail from that. This last time she didn't even put the base coat on. My fault I didn't say something but I shouldn't have to. Same day they were chipping. Now 3 days later and I have 4 nails half way gone. I will never go back to this salon. Don't waste your money.

I have been here twice. First time I had acrylic nails done, they were absolutely beautiful. Although the lady who did my nails was rude. She told me to wash my hands after she was done filing them which everyone was doing (not the rude part). She told me once in a very low tone so I couldn't hear her, then she pushed my hands towards me and said in a loud irritated voice "Go wash your hands". Which I thought was really rude. The second time I got my nails done I got them same lady she filed my nails them switched me to an other client. although they looked nice my pinky nail feel off the second day and was not secured. So I rated it a 3.

I just moved to the area and wanted to get my nails done because they needed a fill and because where I moved from would be to long of a drive just for that. Only one person doing manicures the other 3 pedicures. Well I waited 10 min then got told to sit down then proceeded to wait another 10 for a person to finally get to me. When that finally happened the girl who did my nails said I needed a full set because the set I had on was to old which I was okay with and agreed. Keep in mind I had long nails to start off with so this girl cuts my nails short so sort in fact she actually cut to the part of skin that grows under your nail. I said ow once what does she do just keeps on going so I continually say ow and tell her what she's doing assuming she'd stop. Well she didn't and actually tried to cut that part of my skin off with these plier looking things. Then after that's done she leaves and another lady comes over to put tips on my nails which wouldn't have needed to do at all had the first girl not hacked my nails off. Then puts the tip on files my nails and for a good 5 seconds because she got glue all over my hands she was trying to file off the super glue she got on on my fingerprint area of my hand. Then she leaves and now some guy comes over to finish my nails and I'm thinking okay almost done cause all I want to do is leave at this point. He at least was gentle and did a good job on the part he finished I just wish he would of asked me if I wanted the whole nail painted or just the tip of it. All in total it took an hour and a half to get my nails done her when normally at every other place I've been to is a half hour unless they're super busy. Paid $35 dollars for terrible nails, pure pain, and glue all over the palms of my hands. NEVER AGAIN!!! I will be finding a different salon. If you care at all about you're nails don't go here. It's literally the worst salon I've ever been to.
