I had such a bad experience my first time in there. I talked to one of the associates about how I just needed some help with some new products because I haven't bought makeup other than lipstick since '08. I just wanted some help picking out some concealer and contour. (Last time I bought concealer, there were only 3 shades and contouring wasn't a thing.) I was passed between 2 other people before the last one just smeared foundation on my face and sent me on my way. I was so frustrated when I left that I felt like crying. I will never go back. If I could give 0 starts I would.

Just to be honest, I'm a guy. I have no idea about the selection of products or anything else about this place. My shampoo comes from here. And another bottle of stuff that I don't use. I couldn't tell you what the brand is. It's a blue bottle. Heck, I probably couldn't even find it on the shelves. Anyway, my wife loves this place and she gets a really good deal on makeup here. Any place that saves us some money is okay by me. She gets her haircuts here too. They do a very good job. I sometimes don't get why my wife loves this place so much. I imagine if Harbor Freight did haircuts I'd understand.

First off... I love shopping here. They have my makeup that I like to wear and I don't have to hunt far and wide for it. The only reason I gave them 1 start is because I had booked an appt to get my hair cut. I arrived about 15 min early and they weren't busy so she took me right away. She does the normal stuff like they do at every ulta store which is wash the hair and what not. We got done and I sat down and I told her that I have my normal length for my hair and I have one layer that is considered my "bangs" so I told her I would like a trim on both maybe about my inch or so and also a huge thin out. She cuts my ends and thins my hair out and of course try's to sell the products that she is using on my hair. I wasn't paying to much attention to what she was doing. Then she goes for the blowout. She didn't seemed like she cared too much for my hair and was more worried about what her coworkers were gossiping about. There was an older lady maybe In her 50s and another lady with shorter red hair and they were just fixing their hairs and the stylist that was doing my hair was getting pretty distracted by them. She blows through my hair like I could have pretty much done it myself. She gets done. Cashes me out and I leave. I got home and I straightened my hair and it turns out that she cut the inner part of my hair shorter than the outer part of my hair! I have been to another ulta store before and my stylist that I normally go to does an amazing job and I was SO disappointed at this location.
