I've never had a horrid experience before here until yesterday. My son came in for a hair cut and was taken. The lady who cut his hair said she had another client shortly and rushed through his hair cut. His hair looked ridiculous. If you don't want to give the attention and detail to a client before a scheduled appointment, tell them no. I wouldn't have been as appalled at that reaction as I was when he came home with my husband looking as botched as he did. This business takes walk ins, I get that appointments are important. But all customers are important and deserve the time & effort as someone with an appointment.
