This place has great products. They seem knowledgeable, however the hair dresser needed exact directions. They were not mean, however, they weren't friendly. Nor were they pretentious. The facility is clean. They do not hustle you to purchase their items, however, they don't give you recommendations and inform you about what products they used. The price is affordable. Might go there again.

Typically my visits to Elements are fantastic, my hairstylist does a great job and is generally pretty prompt. Today I had to leave the salon after waiting on my stylist to show up 30 MINUTES after my appointment was scheduled. No one seemed to even notice I was still sitting in the waiting room and I didnâ€™t see the stylist once the entire 30 minutes I was waiting. I understand things come up, but the least the shop can do to show some customer service is communicate with the customers who are coming in and paying a decent amount of money to have their hair done. I took my business elsewhere.

Lauren is my stylist and she proves her skill at every appointment! I normally go into an appt with a general idea of what I want and Lauren runs with it and I leave so happy every single time. Next week Iâ€™m cutting it all off so Iâ€™m looking forward to seeing how it turns out!

The 2 girls that took care of my dad and I were terrific! And its a very pretty and clean place! Ok I have to say it was great everyone speaking English. Can't wait to go back:)
