I went to glamour with my mother in law hoping to get our hair done and have a good time. When we went we both explained that we wanted full color and highlights. I had also mentioned that I did not want a hair cut. So fast forward to the end, you could not even see her highlights and when she asked about it got told they would be more defined next time and then still charged her full price! When the girl was doing mine she was very persistent about cutting my hair despite the fact that I had not wanted it done. I had said that I would rather not cut it and let it grow out. She cut it anyway, and charged me for it. Upon leaving neither of us were very happy, and did I mention that the owners daughter was the one doing my hair? So about a week goes by and my hair does not look anything like what it had when we left, it is faded and my high lights look nonexistent, and my mother in law is still not happy about her highlights. So she calls and asks if we could come back in and get it fixed up. When she went in the owner was rude as ever! Would barley speak to her when doing her hair saying there wasn't anything wrong. Then told me that I needed to wait for her daughter to come in and talk to me because she was not going to get in the middle of it. Her daughter comes in and is beyond defensive about my cut and color fading. Then tells me to come back another day, I told her that I had called and was told it would be done today (I work and was frustrated about getting told all this stuff and nothing happening). So she asked another stylist to do it and she did a great job. But while doing my mother in laws hair the owner was very rude saying my daughter dosnt lie and is very professional going on about how I must be lying and making this up!
Overall I am just beyond disappointed with my hair and with the service! To think a store owner would be that rude to costumers eho had been coming for years! Will never go back
