Got the best haircut ever by Larisa she does just what I want! The staff is friendly and kind and so helpful. I recommend this salon any day!

So upset with my hair cut I asked for a trim and some layers and it looks like she put my hair into a ponytail and cut it off and that's it... I lost 2 1/2 inches which to me is not a "trim" no layers and my hair looks like a 12 year old had her mom do it in the kitchen I'm very upset and will not be going back.

More than likely the worst place to get a haircut in the des moines area. I have had my hair cut 2x here to make sure it wasnt a fluke. Both times horrible staff and haircuts. i dont expect great things after all i went to wal mart to get my hair cut but dang. Take your kid here maybe.. but just as easy to take them where you go not here hopefully.
