I am a Korean-American from New York, and I work at the nearby hospital. I like to keep my hair short, but found the barbers locally having a hard time with clipping my hair with a #1 setting. The husband and wife team do an excellent job with a shampoo before and after the cut (to get rid of the stray clips). They do an excellent job with coloring according to my wife. The local community is predominantly Southeast Asian, but I do see non-Asian customers who come regularly.
I am a barber snob -I used to get my hair cut at the best shops in Cambridge, MA, and in NYC, and the quality of service is the same at a great price ($14). Afterwords, you can go across the alley to Double Dragon and grab a perfect bowl of Pho noodles.
