Easy online pre-check in is a great way to avoid wait times. Nothing fancy. Stylists seem to do a good job from the few times I've come in. No pushy sales tactics, which is great.

Great staff and service. Checked in online and when I walked in I waited less than a minute to sit down and get a great cut. The manager Megan cut my hair and was awesome!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. If you want a cheap haircut done by a person right out of beauty school this is the place to go. One of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten and never going back.

If you need a good trim or a drastically different look this is the place. Just be sure you visit the Merle Hay location by the mall and not the other location off Beaver (they suck) Honestly, they did a great job cutting my daughter's hair and took the time to make sure they cut it how SHE pictured it and not what they were comfortable doing. The reason I gave it 3 stars and not 4 was simply because I took my 2 year old in and they cut his hair too short. His bangs are also very uneven and choppy. I'm starting to realize that good toddler hair stylists are few and far between as this is the 3rd place I've taken him and each time he walks out looking like they buzzed him.
