Do not schedule your wedding appointments here; I paid a deposit but my appointments were not booked, and I was overcharged for the services. Four months in advance, I made an appointment for my wedding party to have our hair done. I paid a deposit to hold the appointment, which was supposed to be subtracted from the final bill. About two weeks before the wedding, I received an email that my appointments had been cancelled. I immediately called, and I was assured that my appointments were not cancelled but that they had accidentally been scheduled at the Clive location instead of the East Village location, so the cancellation email transferred the appointments to the East Village. On my wedding day, my wedding party and I showed up at our scheduled time, but we had no appointment. I explained that I had called and been assured that my appointment still stood. The staff fit us in, but it took considerably longer than expected and delayed the other events of the day. When they charged me for the services, they did not subtract the deposit I paid. I called several times and was always assured a manager or owner would get back to me, but I never heard back. Despite failing to book my appointment, the salon charged me full price for each service and did not apply the deposit to the total. I have called the salon several times over the past two weeks in an attempt to resolve the payment issue; I cannot get a returned call. The issue is still unresolved.

The best salon at color ever!! All around talented great people thank you Dan for the wonderful job you did on my hair I booked my appointment wrong at he spent an extra few hours of his time to make sure I got what I wanted!! Will definitely be back

Watch out if you need anything fixed, and it will probably happen since they don't or can't give you what you want, and it will cost you some of your hair - along with $450.

I am so happy with my new pink/peach cut. I drive 2 hours to get te style and Miranda at the East location was amazing! The price was totally reasonable and I've been turning heads all day with my new look! So many thanks!
