I went in to cut off a lot of hair for donation, along with a perm & I had some pictures of styles I wanted to end up with. Deb did a great job of all of it! My hair turned out great!! I don't think some people realize that this shop is more of a stop in place, so there are some understandable interruptions. The staff was professional, knowledgeable & pleasant.

I've always had good luck at Smartstyle, the Hairstylist's I've ever had there have always cut my hair just like I've asked☺ The only complaint I've had and I know this Isn't the Hairstylist fault, is that they always have to stop to answer the phone or go to the desk to check other people in. But I have found this with anyway walk in hair salons. When you go to places that you make appointments with a specific hairstylist you don't have any interruption's☺

This was about a month ago - The stylist did not style my hair as asked and she started rushing as soon as another customer came in. When I asked her if she could go over my fringe once more, she became visibly frustrated because she apparently wanted to get to the next customer. It was still two hours before closing, so I'm not sure why the rush. I didn't even want to go back for my "1 week guarantee" to get it fixed, fearing I'd get her again or someone just like her. Would not recommend.
