Jordan was not professional Did not listen to my instructions or details on how I like my hair. She ignored personal pictures of my own previous styles I had received. I was over charged when the express cut was only 12 dollars I paid 17 no wash or anything extra. There was haphazard throwing of her supplies when she got annoyed when I asked her to fix my hair 3 times after not caring what I was explaining I wanted done. My hair line on my neck. Ha. My seven year old could have made it look better. I’m not impressed and contacted corporate as eye rolling and snide comments alone are far beyond acceptable or professional none the less everything else. I can’t even have another professional fix my hair I’m going to have to buzz it
