Terrably managed. Employee’s have a overactive sense of entitlement and have epic self-control issues. My vehicle plus one other I have confirmed was damaged Intentionally by the same employee. After reaching out to Renée to discuss the matter I was told to contact her attorney. Keep in mind I hadn’t asking her to pay for the damage her employee cost only to act as a mediator between myself and Mr. Duckworth. I’m still waiting for the contact information of this “attorney”. This is an example of a small business being greedy and insulating themselves from their community.

Salon Scintilla is a great experience. Kim is awesome and her hair coloring expertise is definitely worth coming in for. It's very clean, modern and a relaxing experience. I'm very pleased with my color and cut. Give it a try. You will be very happy that you did.

I absolutely LOVE my cut and color done by Kimberly. I am certainly not in my 20's any longer but I'm not afraid of color. Kimberly took 10+ years off of me with a cut and amazing color while still keeping me sophisticated. Three people asked me today where I get my hair done. I wish I would have had more cards to give out. You won't be disappointed by visiting this clean modern salon. I have no doubt that they will be the talk of KC soon!!! ~Marcia

I'm always happy with the great service and great haircut that I receive from my barber Rylan. It's nice always being greeted in a professional way in a very clean and well kept salon. If you're looking for a great place to get your haircut check them out.
