Had a wonderful experience! Everyone was friendly! My granddaughter and I absolutely loved our hair when we were done! Very pleased with the service!

I took my daughter today to get her nails done. Almost 2 hours later she was done. OMG!!! They looked like something from a horror movie!!! FIrst of all she didn't have her down that she was coming after I was told she couldn't do it the day I wanted because her son had a ballgame. We were told to come in Wednesday....three days before prom. My daughter said the entire time she was telling her what she wanted she was sighing and mumbling under her breath and she could tell she didn't want to do them at all. When she came out I just ran inside to pay because I had to grandbabies in the car and we had already been there since 5PM and it was 7:15 when she was done, so I didn't know what they looked like. So I gave her a tip besides what she charged. When I got back in the car Rebekah goes mom look at these. She was almost in tears. So I stopped at the place I normally take her to and will always take her to from now on in Russell and they couldn't believe what a mess they were, uneven all over and the shape was nothing she asked for. So I now have to pay again for someone to fix the crappy, sloppy work this person did. Wish I had her name to warn everyone. I have gotten my hair done there and 3 of my girls and never had a complaint. Amy is amazing. But I will NOT take any of them to get nails done. Not by this lady anyway.
