Got Jeremy, and all the reviews are true... this place is great!. Laid back, non stuffy feeling. Great hair cut and style for $25! So glad I tried this salon!

I will NEVER EVER go back to alpha salon. I saw Jessica about a month ago. I told her how I wanted my hair (to bring the blonde up and do lowlights, I already had pre lightened hair). She ended convincing me what she could do with my hair. Which was just some lowlights she said I'd have to schedule another appointment to get my blonde brung up a few shades. She scheduled her appointments too close together and didn't even have time to style my hair that day either. So I made another appointment on the morning of my my boyfriend's birthday, I took off work for it. I went in for my appointment and she said she didn't have me on the schedule. She was overbooked and knocked me off her schedule so she could tend to her "regulars". She called me a liar and had NO other appointment for me in her system! How unprofessional of them. She is truly unorganized and disrespectful! I will NEVER go back.
