Called them to see if they were busy so I could simply get a full set with white tips. They told me they weren't busy but as soon as I walk in all the chairs except one was filled. I sat down as directed and she began on my nails. She was very rough and kept jerking my arm closer to her causing me to be extremely uncomfortable the entire visit. She ignored my length requests and messed up one nail. After all of the pain I didn't want it redone and asked her to do a small design to cover the lump. She gave me an attitude. 4 days later my nails were already looking like they needed a refill. I am so disappointed. It was my first time getting my nails done since I moved here. Worst experience EVER.

I got my nails done here for my wedding. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted, what I got was not even remotely close. He rushed thru, used old fingernail polish, and made my cuticles bleed. The acrylic also bubbled really bad. On top of all that he was not friendly at all and didn’t even speak to me the whole time. I felt very uncomfortable because none of the staff spoke English to anyone there. It was a very unwelcoming experience. If I ever decide to get my nails done again I will definitely go elsewhere.

I gave them 2 stars because until my visit today I'd have given them 5 stars but today my nails look awful. I could have done them myself at home and had them look better. I normally do them myself but wanted to splurge. And I am so disappointed I wish I hadn't spent the money. Theyre supposed to be almond shape and some of them are the others just look like a toddler filed them. The tips are like flipping up which is odd. The paint job is horrible there is visable chunks of something in the polish so it's not smooth. Also underneath is caked with filings that she half way drilled out. But the real kicker is a few are already separating from my natural nail and you can see it at the tip. I am so disappointed I have gone to hi tek nails since 2014. Even when I lived in Winchester I still drove to Berea to get my nails done but this is horrible. The girl barely spoke to me and then when she was finished she got up and walked away without a word to me. I should have complained before I left but it's just not in my nature and I didn't realize how awful they really were until I got home. I have taken pictures because they're awful. I'm hoping I can fix them myself but I'm concerned theyre going to lift completely before it's time for a fill.
