I showed my stylist a picture of my usual hair cut and rather than giving me what I wanted, she gave me what she WANTED me to have. I loved my other style, but this new cut is childish and has made me less confident in my appearance. Additionally, 3 personal phone calls were taken during my appointment and I felt like my hair was her secondary focus. It was obvious that I was unhappy with the end result and nothing was said. Their prices aren't published, so just a warning: my dry cut was $42. Super disappointing and overpriced for the quality. Listen to your clients and don't just give them what you think will look good.

Had a horrible experience. Went in asking for my golden highlights to be redone and a quick trim and left with almost 4 inches cut off my hair and an ash blonde ombre that was basically white. I have natuarally curly hair and after the amount of priducr that was used and all the heat put on it my hair will barely even hold shape now. Worst experience Iâ€™ve ever had in a salon. Cost $130 for an awful look
