Went sometime last year and will never go back. Cut my hair completely unevenly and they rushed- too short to fix. Horrible.

THANK YOU!! I looked everywhere in Somerset for someone that could do what I wanted. Took 3 months and I found Jasmine at great Clips. she rocked it 😁 10 stars

Do not let Sharon cut your hair, she butchered my little girls hair so bad the other staff apologized for the horrible cut. Too short to fix. Horrible! Edit to add: The "response from owner" is a joke, it appears to be a personal email, but it is not, when I reached out as requested I received a generic response saying that the great clips I visited was a franchise and they would notify franchisee and no response from franchisee. So it is very misleading that great clips responds to the reviews when in fact they do not.
