Entered store at 9:06 a.m. this past Thursday. First customer. Had to wait 5 minutes while stylist styled her hair. Then received the worst haircut of my life (my wife fixed as best she could). Give the barber credit: fastest haircut ever! Previous haircuts acceptable, but sorry, cannot return to Great Clips. Having haircut corrected elsewhere.

The girls were nice. But they were terribly overbooked and understaffed so we were awfully rushed. Can't blame them for that but the company should be held accountable. We're unable to really tell till later if the cut would work bc they didn't have time to help full dry and style even just a little. Luckily, two out of three cuts we had turned out ok, but my son's could have been better. Too long on top, so will have to be trimmed again in a week or two.

There was little wait, I was a walk in so clearly no issue whatsoever for the wait at best 5 min like I said waiting not a issue the woman that cut my son's hair was polite and very engaging even if my son was being a cry baby about it
