This has to be the worst hair salon I've experienced! Very poor customer service, and very inconsiderate of customer needs. My wife patiently waited 2 full hrs yesterday for the shop to open for business. Being behind one young man that was sitting on the bench out front patiently waiting also, my wife was second in line only to be told she would have to wait 45 minutes or longer behind so called appointments. What a way to attract new customers, and to lose so many more. Your employees need lessons in customer service, and your shop needs a well needed change. My money will be well spent elsewhere! What a joke of a business!

Recieved the cut I asked for. If other stylists are not busy, they should clean or stock, not just sit around. Looks unprofessional. $$. I will go there again.
