Make a appointment ahead of time & call them to confirm You won’t be disappointed!!! Sarah did my hair and I love it. Will be returning in a couple months :) not the best pic but she did a lovely job, quick, and was very friendly!!! ❤️ Thank you 😊

Sarah at the Villa Point location in Owensboro was great. She fit me in even though she was busy and was friendly and knowledgeable. Great hair cut

While I've liked it before and have used it before, I've tried to call to make an appointment, both today at the beginning of November, and at another time earlier this year in the summer. Not only could I not get an appointment, but they wouldn't even answer the phone (and I tried twice this morning). I don't know why this keeps happening, but I don't ask for anything unreasonable, I'm polite when I've gone, and even tipped them extra cash the times I've gone there. But as of this summer and apparently fall, they just don't seem to want my business. I guess I'll just be going elsewhere. I'm giving them two stars though because I did like what they did before, but now I just can't get ahold of them, and I know it's the correct phone number and everything.
