My husband was treated with disrespect and humiliated. The woman that he seen picked trough his hair for five minutes and then shaved the back of his head. She then stopped and picked through again and began to shave more. After the back was completely shaved off she began to pick through his hair again and said she was unable to continue because of a nit. Obviously it wasn't or the 15 minutes of looking would have revealed something sooner. It was close to closing time and I don't think she wanted another costumer or could handle what he was wanting done. This was the first and last time we will ever go here. I really wish people could see how he was treated. I don't know about the business in general but the stylist was horrible! This is why people never go anywhere new!
