Went in to get my hair cut to my chin and the lady wanted to do her own thing and give me a john and Kate plus 8 look. Worst haircut experience . They give you the style they want not what you want.

I gave 1 star only because the ladies were nice. I went for highlights and add long layers to my hair. My hair is so chopped up you can't tell where any layers are. It's very uneven. The highlights are uneven, brassy, and 3 different shades. One side is huge chucks of highlights and the other side is a few. The ends are blonde, middle is orange, top is red and orange. I am completely disgusted! I will never step foot in that place again! Now I will have to pay someone to fix my hair.
