I've been a faithful customer of Charles Hair Design for over a decade and cannot rate them high enough. Awesome personnel who take a very personal interest in the customer's hair style that goes beyond the shop itself. This is the very best hair stylist and design company in the Bossier/S'port area.

I went in for a hair cut today, first time customer, and when I came out I thought my wife was going to have a heart attack. She kept asking me what was wrong with my hair? It was shorter than when I went in and styled completely differently. After 4 hours she called and talked to the lady that cut it and explained what was wrong and that she was disappointed. She asked questions and then after being rudely talked to she was hung up on. It is a lace front unit. She called back and spoke to the owner and informed him that we figured out the problem...it was put on backwards!!! The owner said there is no way, my daughter is a professional and there is only one way to do it. Well I took a picture of it. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
